Donations

Western Massachusetts Fly Fishermen (WMFF) is a IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with multiple objectives, priorities, and classes, which can be viewed on the About Us web page.

WMFF’s primary sources of income is a low membership fee and WMFF’s springtime expo to showcase local organizations and vendors. The eight-week fly tying course is free and open to the public with the total expenses being absorbed by the WMFF, including the cost of fly tying kits (fly tying vice, bobbin, stacker, etc.), the fly material kits, printing of the guide to the flies to be tied and diplomas, classroom rental, etc.

Although WMFF endeavors to keep the membership affordable, the cost of facility rental, materials, insurance, among other organization related expenses, continue to increase. While the group does not actively solicit donations directly from individuals, the group is open to accepting monetary donations, functioning fly fishing equipment in good condition, and fly tying materials to help offset the expense. WMFF also looks for donations to be raffled off at WMFF’s springtime Expo to raise money for organization’s causes.

If you would like to make a financial donation of any amount, or donate equipment and material, please contact the following WMFF personnel.
