It’s October the last of the warm days before November’s chill comes creeping in. This is the most beautiful time to be on the water. The leaves turning colors reflecting off of the water as if painted by an old master’s brush using nature as its canvas. In a few short weeks the leaves will be gone giving way to the ever increasing steps to winter. Get out and fish, enjoy the Autumn while natures beauty lasts.
We will be conducting our October meeting at 7:00 pm right after the Fly-Tying Demo, at the Ludlow Elks Club, 69 Chapin Street in Ludlow MA.
A reminder of the upcoming Westfield River Watershed Association’s Bill Rose Memorial Fly Fishing Clinic. If anyone is planning to attend or help out, please contact John D. Lawor at jlawor@wmffclub.org or John LaFrances at jlafrancis@wmffclub.org.
